Yes. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. and to major cities in Canada. Orders leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 5 to 8 business days later. Extra fees may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and remote parts of Canada. Read the shipping policy.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The rug must be unused and in its original packaging, and the customer pays return shipping. Email info@eorugs.com to start a return. Read the return policy.

Vacuum it regularly, rotate it every 6 to 12 months so it wears evenly, and blot spills right away with a clean damp cloth instead of rubbing. For a deep clean, use a professional rug cleaner. More care advice.
